01General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between 9bdd and the user. 9bdd reserves the right to amend these terms at any time, with prior notice posted on the platform before changes take effect.

9bdd is open only to users of legal age (18 years or older). If you are under this age limit, please leave the platform immediately. We are firmly committed to preventing underage gaming.

02Account Registration & Use

A personal account is required to play games or place bets on 9bdd. All information provided during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. Accounts created with false information will be closed immediately and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

• Each user is entitled to only One Account can be created.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely the user's responsibility.
• Sharing or transferring your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• Withdrawals may be restricted until KYC verification is complete.
• If suspicious activity is detected, 9bdd may temporarily or permanently suspend any account.

KYC (Know Your Customer) As part of the process, you may be asked to submit a copy of your National ID, passport, or driving license. This is solely to verify your identity and age.

03Bonuses & Promotions

9bdd offers a range of bonuses and promotional deals, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback, and free spins. Each bonus comes with its own terms, which you should read carefully before claiming.

• Wagering Requirement: Most bonuses come with specific wagering requirements. To withdraw bonus funds, you must wager that amount a set number of times.
• Duration: Every bonus has a set expiry date. Any unused bonus will be automatically cancelled once it expires.

04Payments & Withdrawals

9bdd for Bangladeshi Users bKash, Nagad and bank transfers, among other supported payment methods. All transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

• Minimum Deposit: The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method. The latest limits can be found on the platform's Payments page.
• Withdrawal Processing Time: After successful KYC verification, withdrawals are processed in an average of 3 minutes.
• Same Method: Withdrawals will generally be processed using the same method as your deposit.

09Account Closure & Suspension

• Any pending bets will be settled before an account is closed.
• If an account is closed due to rule violations, the balance may not be refunded.
• In the case of voluntary closure, any valid balance will be refunded.

10Rule Changes & Dispute Resolution

9bdd may at any time Terms and Conditions make partial or full changes to these terms. At least 7 days' notice will be posted on the platform before any changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes are made will be considered acceptance of the updated terms.

For any dispute, please contact our customer support first. Most issues are resolved through direct communication. In all disputes, 9bdd's decision will be considered final.
